PLEASE SCROLL DOWN.
In March 2020, our art classes in Grange, Co. and Forthill, Sligo, like most other schools etc, fell victim to the Covid 19 Government resulting in our doors closing indefinitely.
Shortly afterwards, during our first lockdown in April, I began to paint on-line, a different subject every few days just to keep busy.
I invited anyone who wished to join me to paint along with me with the help of my daily online updates, advise and tutorials.
In June, as Covid 19 restrictions were still in place, I realized our annual charity art exhibition would have to be postponed, but decided that an on-line art exhibition could still be possible as a way of showcasing the work that was being created by people at their own homes
This is how this exhibition came to be. I hope you enjoy it and feel free to make a donation in aid of our local St Vincent de Paul Society and the Sligo Cancer Support Centre, Wine St., Sligo.
The exhibition is the work of people, not only from my art group, but from various local groups and schools. experienced and beginner, Thank you all for taking part.
I’m looking forward to welcoming you all back sometime in September2021.
I hope you enjoy our exhibition below:
